Brachial Muscle and Transversus Abdominis Muscle

Basically i'm working out the push-up and sit-up during the dance class but i especially don't like push-up. 

Batting center is one of my trainings for Arm and Stomach. 

I can hit 130km for right side ( ̄▽ ̄)

Still training but left side is 90km~_~;
